ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER ASSET SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS BY THE VENDOR OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE WHICH ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY ("ADDITIONAL TERMS"). The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue

    • In case the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.

  • Services

    • You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased by you; The jjodhas.com shall not be liable for any such action.

    • You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

    • JJODHA’S Impex shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the products purchased on the website.

  • Pricing Information

    • The pricing information relating to the product shall be as disclosed to via website or over the phone/ WhatsApp etc. you at the time of your purchase.

    • The firm JJODHA’S Impex does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

    • While the firm JJODHA’S Impex strives to provide accurate information relating to products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, JJODHA’S impex may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The JJODHA’S Impex will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the JJODHA’S Impex cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.

  • Delivery Of The Product

    • Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of The JJODHA’S Impex before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, vendors, or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the area not covered by the JJODHA’S Impex, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.

Notwithstanding anything to contrary, JJODHA’S Impex entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

    • All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between you and JJODHA’S Impex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

The terms and conditions for these shall be separately called out and the JJODHA’S Impex reserves right to change/ modify/ add/ delete any of terms and conditions on such contests or promotions at its discretion at any time without prior intimation.

    • While participating in such contests/ promotions, you hereby agree to release and hold the JJODHA’S Impex harmless from any claims or demand.

    • Winners to contests will be decided by the team of the JJODHA’S Impex and the JJODHA’S Impex is not obliged or required to disclose the mechanism of the same.

The JJODHA’S Impex shall use such information for communicating various marketing and promotional activities, subject to the contestant’s choice to receive such communications, while entering the contest.

    • The participant's profile must be public. Entries from private profiles can't be viewed and therefore will be considered invalid.

    • If @ JJODHA’S Impex or shares any participants photo that does not mean that participant is a winner. A participant will only be considered a winner once the JJODHA’S Impex explicitly declares the same.

    • Entries being featured on the JJODHA’S Impex Instagram handle and Facebook page are entirely up to the discretion of the JJODHA’S Impex and third-party agency/agencies.

    • If any entry is found to have abusive and profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified and or deleted from the contest and content.

    • All other terms and conditions on the website www.jjodhas.com not in conflict with these terms and conditions, shall prevail.

    • All dispute based on this contest is subject to arbitration and jurisdiction of all such dispute shall be within the Courts of Mumbai.

    • This contest is void where prohibited by law.

  • Priority Shipping

    • This is a service at an additional cost - costs vary based on the product and the pin-code where its needs to be shipped

    • In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, the JJODHA’S Impex will not be liable for the same

Return Policy

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation

  • If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Breakages

    • In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the product & video of opening the product via WhatsApp to any of the numbers mentioned in the website and it will be taken care of immediately. -Please consider these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken/ tore off for our reference purpose. Cancellation As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at [email protected] or reach us at the numbers mentioned in the website within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you

  • Return Process

    • Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at [email protected] or at our registered office (2.00 PM – 5.00 PM) to initiate a return.

    • Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire products) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on 9820772790 from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

    • We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, you need to courier us at our registered office after proper communication. It usually takes about 7-10 working days for delivery at our warehouse / office. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse/ office, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process including least return courier charges, will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

    • Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. If required You will be asked to print some documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.

  • Refunds

    • All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse/office. The refunds can be made in form of account transfer or Google Pay. COD orders if any will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the same) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Delivery charges include packaging charges and borne by the customer; we are not responsible for delay for the internal reason of logistic companies.

  • Deliveries

    • All Mumbai/Thane/New Mumbai Regions orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days of order confirmation by our collaborative logistics partners.

    • All orders for the Rest of India are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail or via WhatsApp upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the consignment number sent to you via mail or WhatsApp.

    • Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver and communicate with you on number provided by you to us, before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at [email protected] or at +919820772790 to resend it as soon as we receive it.

  • Payments

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for only certain eligible pin codes. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. Razorpay facility is also available wherein you will be directed to the Razorpay page, wherein you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards
